The location of this traditional ryokan is very convenient, close to the tram station and within walking distance of the city center. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with traditional Japanese style decor including tatami floors and futons. Guests can enjoy amenities like television, a little fridge, and air conditioning. Additionally, the friendly and accommodating owner provides helpful travel information and even offers free umbrellas for guests to use.
There is a curfew at around 11 pm, which may not be suitable for those who like to stay out late at bars or restaurants.

As a solo traveler, I loved the spotless tatami rooms with extra futons, pillows, and air conditioning. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome and didn't rush me out in the morning. The location was very good and quiet, with the train station and downtown area within walking distance. The shared toilets and bathroom were kept very clean.
Felt very homey, no complaints at all.

I had a fantastic stay at a genuine Japanese ryokan in Nagasaki. The owner, Mr. Fujiwara, was incredibly kind and friendly. The rooms were spacious and very clean. They provided a private bath and a dining room with tables and chairs, which made it a comfortable blend of traditional and modern. The staff, despite their limited English, were always attentive and eager to help. The ryokan also had an onsen, a Japanese-style hot tub, that was available free of charge. a unique and enjoyable experience that I would love to repeat.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
